Internet purchases may be sent back for refund within seven days of receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for return postage. All refunds will be processed through the website only.  All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Merchandise maybe taken to any of our retail locations and exchanged within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8303 S Memorial Dr Tulsa Oklahoma US 74133. Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Time/Shipping Policy
Most orders will be processed and shipped within two business days.  For items that are personalized in any nature, shipping time will be communicated on the individual product page.  Delivery time will depend on method of shipping selected by the customer.
